STOP! Before you start a try and error strategy for this problem, you should think! Think, if we may use our information about a three disc tower to find a solution for this 4 storey brother. To put the question a little more precisely: We want to know, if it is possible to move the tower, we do not need a description of all movements! If you take a closer look on the 4 disc tower, you will realise that this is just a three disc tower (yellow, red, green) on top of a big blue disc. And we know already a lot about three disc towers...
